Platform fee

EUR 0.49 per paid ticket plus 2% of the ticket price. For organizers established in the Netherlands, 21% VAT is added to the fee. There is no monthly subscription and no setup fee. Free tickets cost nothing.

  • The fee is taken automatically from each payment. You choose per event who pays it: it comes out of the ticket price, or it is added at checkout as a booking fee for the buyer.
  • The fee includes the payment costs of cards, iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact and SEPA Direct Debit. You do not pay a separate transaction fee for those.
  • A paid ticket, add-on or seat costs at least EUR 1.00.

Cards we accept

Card payments, including Apple Pay and Google Pay, are accepted for cards issued in the European Economic Area. American Express and cards issued outside the EEA are not accepted in the online shop. A payment made with such a card is refused or refunded in full and no tickets are issued.

Additional payment methods

You can switch on extra payment methods per event. They cost more to process, so the buyer who picks one pays a payment method fee on top of the order. It equals the processing cost of that method; we add no margin. The buyer sees the fee before paying.

Door sales with Tap to Pay

A ticket or add-on sold at the door through the scanner app costs the same platform fee as an online sale. There is no extra charge for Tap to Pay and no terminal to rent.

Payouts

  • Standard payout: 0.25% of the amount plus EUR 0.10 per payout.
  • Instant payout: 1% of the amount, with a minimum of EUR 0.50 per payout.
  • Active account: EUR 2.00 in each calendar month in which you request a payout, charged with the first payout of that month. A month without payouts costs nothing.
  • Reserve until the event has ended: before the end time of an event you can pay out at most 50% of what that event has earned (ticket sales minus fees, refunds and chargebacks). The rest becomes payable when the event has ended. We may set a different percentage for your account. The reserve does not change what you are owed, only when it can be paid out.

Refunds

  • When you refund an order, the buyer gets back the full amount paid, including a booking fee and a payment method fee paid on top of the ticket price. That amount is taken from your balance.
  • Our platform fee and any payment method fee are not returned on a refund, whoever paid them at checkout. This applies to orders placed on or after 6 October 2026. For earlier orders, a booking fee and payment method fee paid by the buyer are returned to your balance on a full refund.
  • If we cannot deliver the tickets for a payment, for example because the last ticket was sold while the buyer was paying, the payment is refunded in full and no fee is charged.

What a buyer is entitled to is described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Chargebacks

A chargeback is a payment the buyer disputes with their bank. The bank takes the money back while the dispute runs.

  • The disputed amount is deducted from the balance of the event, and the tickets of that order can no longer be scanned.
  • A dispute fee of EUR 20.00 per chargeback is charged to you (EUR 15.00 for a SEPA Direct Debit). This fee is not returned when the dispute is won.
  • If the dispute is contested and lost, a further EUR 20.00 is charged.
  • If the dispute is won, the disputed amount returns to your balance and the tickets work again.

You see every chargeback and its fee on the Finance page and on the event statement.
